2 lb. ground beef*
2 med. onions, chopped*
2 clove garlic, minced*
1-4 oz. can of sliced mushrooms drained*
1 tsp. salt*
1/4 tsp. pepper*
2 -3 T. flour*
1 1/2 c. beef broth*
1 can cream of mushroom soup*
1 c. sour cream
1 T. Worcestershire sauce if available
2 T. tomato paste (optional)

Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms.  Add flour and beef broth; simmer.  Add mushroom soup and simmer for 10 minutes.  Tomato paste can be added while simmering.  Stir in sour cream and heat through.  Serve over cooked noodles or rice and sprinkle with parsley. (To make in crock pot add the ingredients w/* then cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours; or high 3 hours.  Stir in sour cream 1 hour before serving.
