1 T. lemon juice
1 can (2 c.) salmon or 2- 6 1/2 or 7 oz. cans of drained tuna or salmon
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. top milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Add lemon juice to salmon or tuna.  Add milk, salt, egg, celery and bread crumbs.  Mix well.  Bake in greased baking dish at 350°F till brown, about 30 minutes.  Makes 6 servings.
