3/4 c. onion, chopped
2 T. oil
6 c. water
6 cubes chicken bouillon
8 oz. pkg thin egg noodles, uncooked
2- 10oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli
6 c. milk
16 oz. Velveeta, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Saute` onion in oil in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a large stockpot, and add bouillon, noodles, and broccoli. Simmer until tender about 7-10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat. Cover and simmer without boiling until heated through.
