10 -14 slices of bread
3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 C pumpkin pie mix
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
4 eggs
1 1/4 C eggnog
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and spices together. Spread mix liberally over 1 slice of bread, then sandwich with second slice. Continue until mixture is gone. In a shallow square pan crack eggs and beat slightly. Add eggnog. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook on hot griddle, browning both sides. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle of cinnamon.
