3 c. carrots, peeled and sliced
10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots in saucepan and cover with water. Cook until crisp tender then drain. Combine carrots, soup, and cheese in a 1 quart greased casserole dish. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle carrots with crumb topping and bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.
