Ingredients:  
1 box spice cake mix
1 box butterscotch pudding mix
3/4 C vegetable oil
1 C water
1 C sour cream
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
mix ingredients, then add....
2 C shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Pour mixture into crockpot.
Place a papertowel in between batter and lid to absorb moisture. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with store bought Cream Cheese frosting melted in the microwave.
