2 skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4" thickness
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
5 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. capers
Steamed veggie
Pasta of your choice

Directions:
In heavy skillet, heat the oil. Dread chicken in flour and brown 3 minutes each side.

Transfer chicken to heated plate.

To the skillet, add the chicken broth, the lemon juice, and the capers. If needed, add flour to thicken sauce.

Pour over chicken, and serve with your favorite pasta and your favorite steamed veggie.
