2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 T sugar
1 T. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. oil
1 c. creamed corn
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, wheat germ, and salt in large mixing bowl. Stir together the eggs, milk and butter and oil in another bowl. Add corn and bacon to the milk mixture, and stir well. Combine the wet and dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake @ 375 for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
