1 lg. bag of frozen cheese tortellini
1 med. red onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 sm. bottle zesty Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tortellini until "al dente." or firm to the bite. Drain and rinse in cold water. Set in fridge to cool for 30minutes. Add diced veggies, and italian dressing. Put back in fridge until ready to serve.
