4 T. olive oil
1/2 chopped onion
3 cloves of garlic - chopped or pressed
1 lb. of small pork ribs cut into 3-4 inch segments
1 lb. chicken wings
2 c. white rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsp. azafran seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the meats and saute for a bit longer. Add 2 c. white rice and 4 c. water. When liquid comes to a boil add the bouillon cubes and azafran seasoning. Cover and cook over a low heat until liquid is gone and rice is cooked.
