10 slices of deli ham
5 individually wrapped cheese slices
one package frozen spinach - thawed
Tomate Frito or non chunky spaghetti sauce

Bechamel covering for top:
2 T. margarine
2 T. flour
pinch of salt
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1/2 slice of cheese and some spinach in each slice of ham and roll up. Place each roll side by side in a 9 x9 baking dish. Cover with tomate frito or a non-chunky spaghetti sauce. For Bechamel sauce: melt 2 T. margarine over medium heat. Add 2 T. flour and a pinch of salt and stir until thick paste forms. Add milk and stir until paste turns into a thick liquid. Pour over top of ham rolls.
Cook for 20 minutes at 180° C or 350° F.
Serve over white rice.
