1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
4 c. chicken broth
1 small onion
1/2 kg spaghetti noodles, boiled
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
paprika
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1 c. half and half or nata para cocinar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 T. butter and saute onion, mushrooms and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and save. In same pan, melt remaining butter; stir in flour, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. paprika until smooth. Gradually stir in 4 c. of chicken broth and stir until thickened. Add cream, chicken, and mushroom mixture, Heat but do not boil. Pour over cooked noodles in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
