Sugar Cookie Base:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp.vanilla
brightly colored sliced fruit (eg, strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, maraschino cherries)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg, then vanilla, and mix well. Add flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Spread dough into greased 12 pizza pan. Bake at 200C/400F for 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over cooled sugar cookie base. Arrange fruit on top. Refrigerate leftovers.
