1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water
3 eggs
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
3 tsp. savory salt
2 tsp. salt
1 dash Tobasco sauce
1 dash paprika
---------------------------------------------------------
MILD grits: 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies
HOT grits: 1 (7 oz.) can jalapeños

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil (do not add salt to water). Add grits and cook until done. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Add mixture to hot grits and stir until oleo and cheese are melted. Pour into large greased baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 250ºF.
