2 lb. chicken breast, skinless, boneless
1 jar salsa
1 jar pinto, kidney or black beans
1 can corn
chili powder
cheese, grated (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer first four ingredients in order listed above in a baking pan. Sprinkle chili powder over top to taste. Cook in oven at 180°C/350°F until chicken is cooked through, approximately 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
