3-4 lb Sirloin tip tri- cut roast
meat tenderizer
McCormick Montreal Steak Grill Mates Seasoning
Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice roast in 1/2" slices across the grain. Spread out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle both sides of sliced meat with meat tenderizer and Montreal steak seasoning. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Brush with Worcestershire sauce while Grilling.

1 pound meat will serve 3 -4 people .
