Cake:
1 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
4 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins

Icing:
1/2 cup butter
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups (1 box) powdered sugar

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients
Combine other ingredients
Bake 325 for 1 hour (bundt or oblong pan) or
Bake 325 for 35 minutes if doing a 2 layer cake

Icing: Mix until smooth
