12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter cut up in small pieces
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup very strong instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a saucepan over a pan of boiling water (banho maria), over low heat
2. Stir until the mixture is smooth, the butter and chocolate well dissolved, and shiny
3. Take the saucepan off the heat and mix with a spoon until it thickens
4. Pour and spread it over the cake with the mixture is still hot, spreading it over the sides of the cake with a spatula.
5. Put the iced cake in the refrigerator for about an hour for the icing to set.
6. Take the cake out of the refrigerator and wait to serve when desired
