4 T. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. Velveeta
1/4 c. onion
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
4 T. flour
2 c. milk
1 bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine just until clear, add flour. Let it bubble 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add some of the milk, stirring well to avoid lumps. Return to heat, stirring, continue adding milk. Crush up bouillon and add. Add cheeses slowly as it melts. May add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
