2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
6 oz. of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, salt, and cream of tarter till foamy. Continue beating while adding sugar gradually. Beat till stiff peaks. Fold in peppermint and chocolate chips. Drop by tsp on cookie sheets covered with aluminum foil. Put in 350 oven and turn off oven. Leave in oven for a half an hour. Remove from sheet immediately.
