1st. Layer:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
2nd. Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
3rd. Layer:
3 cups milk
2 pkgs. instant pudding (flavor of choice)
4th Layer;
Rest of large Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Mix and bake first 3 ingredients, then cool.

Mix and spread 2nd layer.

Cook in saucepan 3rd layer ingredients, let thicken up a bit before pouring on. Refrigerate until cool.

Add 4th layer before serving.
