1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 CUP DICED CELERY
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN CHICKEN RICE SOUP
1 1/2 CUP HOT WATER
1/2 CUP UNCOOKED MINUTE RICE
CAN OF CHOW MEIN NOODLES

Directions:
Directions:
BROWN GROUND BEEF, CELERY, AND ONION.
DRAIN THIS MIXTURE. ADD MUSHROOM, CHICKEN RICE SOUP, HOT WATER, AND UNCOOKED RICE. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR, THEN COVER WITH CHOW MAIN NOODLES AND BAKE 1/2 HOUR MORE.
