6 EGGS
3 1/2 CUPS MILK
1 TABLESPOON SALT
1 TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED ONION
1/2 TABLESPOON OF DRY MUSTARD
SALT AND PEPPER
2 CUPS GRATED CHEESE

COVER BOTTOM OF BUTTERED PAN WITH BUTTERED BREAD(6) SLICES THEN LAYER
WITH VELVETTA CHEESE,HAM,CHICKEN OR CRAB MEAT, THEN SLICES OF VELVETTA CHEESE AND ONCE AGAIN WITH REMAINING
BREAD SLICES. POUR THESE COMBINED INGREDIENTS: 6 BEATEN EGGS,3 1/2 CUP MILK, SALT,CHOPPED ONION, DRY MUSTARD, AND PEPPER OVER TOP OF BREAD AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA AND GRATED CHEESE. BAKE AT 325 FOR 1 HOUR. CAN ADD BACON, MUSHROOMS, AND PEPPERS.
