Prepared graham cracker crust
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and egg yolks thoroughly and put in pie crust. Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar and beat until stiff, but not dry. Spread meringue on top of pie filling and bake at 350 until meringue is brown.
