1 pound sausage
1 can chopped green chilies
1 pound cheddar cheese (grated)
1 pound monterey jack cheese (grated)
9 eggs
1 cup milk
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Layer sausage, both cheeses and chilies in 9 X 13 glass dish. Combine eggs, milk, and flour until well blended. Pour liquid over layered mixture.

Bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes.
