Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 cup butter (softened)
3/4 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and whipping cream. Chill at least one hour

Roll out dough to 1/8" thickness. Cut into 1" circles. Dip into sugar. Put on a cookie sheet, poke with a fork and bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
Food coloring

I mix my frosting and put it into a Pampered Chef decorator. Squeeze frosting on a cookie and top with another cookie.
