1/2 cup oleo
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sour milk (3/4 cup milk with 2 tablespoons vinegar)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo, sugar and 2 eggs. Add bananas, mashed, vanilla and sour milk.

Mix together in a separate bowl flour, salt and soda. Then add to the above.

Spread into a jelly roll pan, and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Frosting

Cream together: 1/2 cup oleo and 1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese. Add 1 lb. powdered sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla.

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts if you like.

When Chad was little, he always begged me to cut him a few pieces first so there would be some for him when he got home from school. It is one of his favorites.
