1 - 1 # boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets
Salt, pepper, paprika
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 T. butter or margarine (for sauce)
2 T. flour
1/2 cup chicken bouillon
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 T. chopped parsley or other herb

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Season breasts w/ salt, pepper and paprika. Arrange chicken on a buttered or sprayed baking pan. Dot w/ 1/4 cup butter. Bake in hot oven, uncovered for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the 2 T. butter. Stir in flour and cook for a minute or two. Stir in bouillon and wine and cook, stirring, until the sauce is thickened and smooth. Add parsley. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover the pan tightly and bake for 10 minutes more.
