4 Rebanadas de Pescado Huachinango
2 Calabacitas en picadas en rueditas
2 Zanahorias en picadas en rueditas
1 Rama de Cilantro
1 tomate Picado
1 Trozo de Col
1/2 Cebolla Picada
1 Pisca de Mejorana
1 Chile Jalapeño en escabeche en rajas

Directions:
Directions:
Se sofríe el tomate y la cebolla en un poquito de aceite, enseguida se le agrega agua, ya que esta hirviendo se le agrega la verdura, ya que la verdura esta suave se le agrega el pescado para que se cosa, por último se le agrega la mejorana, el chile jalapeño y sal al gusto.

(El pescado tarda apróximadamente 10 o 12 Minutos para cocerse)
