1/4 of 8 oz block of cream cheese, or spreadable cream cheese
1/3 c. pesto
6 skin-on, bone-in chicken breasts (very important!)
olive oil
salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil. In med. bowl, stir or mash cream cheese until smooth, stir in pesto. Using your fingers, tuck a portion of cheese mixture between skin and breast meat and push to the centre. Press down to evenly distribute. Brush skin with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Place on baking sheet.

Roast, uncovered until skin is golden and chicken is cooked. 45-55 mins. don't turn. If cheese leaks out, scoop up and service with chicken.
