Ingredients:  
1 kilo de menudo de res limpio, cortados en trozos pequeños
3 dientes de ajo
1 cebolla entera
1 kilo de maíz
1 cebolla picada finamente
1 cucharada de orégano seco
115 gramos de chiltepines o chile piquín molido
6 limones rebanados
2 ramas de cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cocer el menudo con el ajo y la cebolla.
Lavar el maíz, y dejar a fuego hasta que se pueda quitar la pielecita.

Restregar, lavar muy bien y retirar la cabecita. Poner a cocer a fuego fuerte con bastante agua.

Una vez que esté suave agregar la panza.
Agregar la sal y el cilantro.
