1/2 Kilo de Carne Molida
1 tomate grande picado
1 Cebolla mediana picada
2 Cucharadas soperas de arroz
2 Huevos
1 Rama de Perejil picado
1 Rama de Orégano picado
1 Pisca de tomillo
3 tomates Cocidos
1 Trozo de Cebolla

Directions:
Directions:
En un recipiente se pone la carne, el tomate picado, la cebolla, las hierbas, sal, huevos, el tomillo y el arroz. Se revuelve todo y se hacen bolitas.

Se licuan los tomates cocidos y el trozo de cebolla, se pasan por el colador y se guisa en un poquito de aceite, se le agrega agua y ya que esta hirviendo se agregan las albóndigas y se dejan cocer y por último se sazonan con sal.
