1 kg de queso fresco picado en cubos
3 chiles verdes tatemados y picados en rajas
5 papas picadas en cuadros
1/2 tomate picadito
1/2 cebolla blanca picadita
puré de tomate
cilantro picadito
1 cubito de consomé de tomate
pimienta
orégano
sal

Directions:
Directions:
Ponemos en una sartén acitronar la cebolla, después agregamos el tomate, las papas, puré de tomate, cilantro y chile verde, agregamos el agua hirviendo , pimienta, cubito de consomé de tomate, orégano y sal la necesaria, dejamos cocinar la papas, agregamos los cubos de queso y dejamos hervir y apagamos el fuego, se acompaña con limón y salsita huichol.
