5 cups turkey or chicken, cooked and cut in bite sized pieces
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Salt & Pepper
1 package box dressing/stuffing mix (Stove Top, Mrs. Cubbison’s, or other)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 ¼ cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up turkey or chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix together soup, sour cream and salt and pepper, to taste. Pour soup/sour cream mixture over turkey/chicken.
Prepare 1 package of dressing/stuffing mix according to directions on the package. Mix in the chopped onion, celery, chicken broth. You can make the dressing as moist or dry as you wish by adding more or less chicken broth.
After the dressing is mixed spread it on top of the meat and soup mixture to cover the top. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until hot in a 350º oven.
