2 large fennel bulbs, (remove heart & cut into wedges)
6 tbsp olive oil
1/2 c. grated parmesan or Grano Padano
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Add fennel to pot of boiling salted water, cook5 mins, drain well and transfer to baking pan. Drizzle with oil, salt & pepper. Mix cheese and breadcrumbs together, then sprinkle on top of fennel. Bake until golden brown, approx. 30 mins.
