3 c. graham crumbs
2/3 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. white sugar
1 pkg. Dream Whip
milk & vanilla (as per Dream whip instructions)
Pie filling (can be canned, but I make my own, ingredients to follow)
4 c. berries
1 c. water
1 c. white sugar
3 tbsp corn starch.

- Combine graham crumbs, melted margarine and brown sugar. Mix well and press into 9x13 pan. Set aside.
- Make topping. Beat together (electric hand mixer) cream cheese and 1/2 c.sugar, set aside. Make the dream whip as per package instructions, then beat together with cream cheese mixture. spread on top of graham crust. Set aside
- either top with canned pie filling or make filling this way: Bring 4 cups berries (blueberries, raspberries, cherries, peaches whatever you prefer) to a boil with 1 cup of water. Combine 1 cup sugar with 3 tbsp of cornstarch. Add to boiling fruit, stirring until thick, this won't take long. Remove from heat, continue to stir a min or two, then spread onto cheese. (it's OK to do this while it is hot) Put in refrigerator to chill and set.
