Sally's Orange Rolls Recipe

2 c flour
1/4 c sugar
2 tsp salt
2 T instant yeast
2 c warm milk
2 eggs
1/2 c butter flavored Crisco
2 1/2 c flour

Glaze:
1/2 c butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp orange grated rind
2 c powdered sugar
1 -2 T orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk add shortening to melt. Put dry ingredients in mixer. Add hot milk. Blend. Add eggs. Mix for 2 minutes. Add remaining flour. Mix on low speed for 5 minutes.

In a blender blend 1 c sugar and 3/4c butter and 2 tsp orange rind. Divide dough in half, roll 1/4" thick and spread with butter mixture. Roll into a jelly roll and cut into 1" rolls. Place rolls in greased 9 x13 pan, bake at 375 for 18 minutes or until slightly browned. For muffin tins, bake about 10 minutes. Top with glaze.
