1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Tabasco
1-2 tsp Old Bay Seasonings
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
chopped celery

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use as you would with any recipes calling for BBQ sauce.
OR
Place chicken wings in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Coat with BBQ sauce and bake for another 10 minutes. Toss wings and cook until they are as crispy as you like.
Toward the end, sprinkle with Old Bay.
Remove from oven and put on serving platter. Sprinkle with blue cheese and chopped celery.

Allison and I had these at the Cherry Hill Mall's Bistro. We came home and recreated them as above. I have made just the BBQ sauce for other pieces of chicken, though, and it is delicious. We also have served the wings with just the sauce and put the dressing on the side.
