2 T. olive oil
1 large onion, halved & sliced
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. green beans, broken halved
1 medium zucchini, halved & thinly sliced
1/2 C fresh basil leaves - cut into strips

Directions:

Heat oil in large electric skillet over medium heat. Add onions & garlic and cook, stir occasionally, for 4 min. Add tomatoes with juice, thyme, & salt,stirring to break the tomatoes up. Bring to boil over high heat. Add green beans, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-min. or until beans are tender. Add zucchini & cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 -min. or until tender. Remove from heat and stir in the basil.
