2 lb. ground veal
1/2 C. tomato juice
1/4 C. onion flakes
2 teas. salt
3/4 teas. pepper
1/2 teas. garlic powder
1 T. worchestshire sauce
1/2 C. mushroom -sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except) the mushrooms, and mix well. Pack 2/3 of mixture into loaf pan.
Place mushrooms onto veal 1/2" from edges of pan. Top pan with remaining veal. Pack firmly.
Bake 375 - 1 hour
