About 8-10 sweet potatoes
1-2 cans pineapple chunks
cinnamon (about 1 Tbsp to taste)
cloves (1/2 as much as cinnamon)
brown sugar (about 3/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into same size chunks.
Boil potatoes in water or cook in water in oven for 45 minutes until they are soft.
Mash potatoes in glass pan. Add pineapple chunks and juice as needed.
Add cinnamon, cloves and brown sugar to taste. Cook on low temperature.

PS. Can steam or cook potatoes in crock pot too

I grew up eating this every Thanksgiving. My mom made this every year and I've always loved it. However, she and I don't know how much we use of the ingredients...have fun!
