5 c flour
1 c powdered milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 T instant yeast
1 1/2 T salt
6 c. hot water
1 cube margarine
7 eggs
8 c flour

Frosting

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c butter
4 tsp lemon juice
2- lbs powdered sugar
milk as needed

Melt margarine in the hot water. Add dry ingredients to mixer. Pour hot water and margarine in. Mix 3 minutes. Let mixture stand for 10 minutes to form a sponge. Add 7 eggs to sponge. With mixer going on speed one add 8 additional cups of flour, add enough flour that the dough pulls away from the sides, but is still sticky. Knead on speed one for 10 minutes. Pull dough from the mixer and place on an oiled counter. Divide dough into 1/3. Roll dough 1/4" thick and spread with softened butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll into a jelly roll, slice 1" thick. Place on cookie sheet, using your hand flatten the rolls. Place rolls close, but not touching. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes, until just barely browned. Remove from oven ,let cool and frost.

Frosting
Cream ingredients together. Beat until fluffy.
