12 Oreo Cookies
1 Tbsp milk
8-10 ice cream sandwiches (depending on size)
3 pints of ice cream. Your choice to mix and match or use all one kind.
8 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the sides and bottom of a 9 inch round springform pan with cooking spray. Line the sides of the pan with waxed paper or parchment.

Finely crush the oreos in a food processor and add the milk just until mixture holds together. Set aside.

Cut the ice cream sandwiches in half lengthwise and then crosswise to form 4 equal pieces. Use the pieces to form a stand up edge around the outside of the pan.

Take the cookie crumb mixture and press into the center of the pan. Press firmly over the bottom and freeze for one hour.

Soften ice cream for 15 minutes. Stir to good spreading consistency. Spread in layers over the crumb crust. Top with thawed whipped topping and freeze until firm or over night.
