2.5 lb Boneless Chuck Roast
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
1 C Water
1/2 C White Zinfandel Wine
3 whole green onions
1/4 C Tapatio Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Place in glass casserole dish
Add water, wine and green onions
Cover with foil and bake for 3 hours
When done, take 2 forks and shred
Mix in Tapatio Sauce
