2 Cups Yellow Squash, Sliced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Cup of water
1 Box Chicken Flavored Stuffing (can use 2 cups cornbread crumbs)
3 Eggs
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Cup butter Melted
t Pepper
Cup Chicken (opt)
Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Squash, onion and water until tender. Drain and Mash.
2. Add Stuffing, Eggs, Soup, Butter, pepper, and chicken if desired.
3. Spoon into Casserole dish. Top with Cheese. Bake 350 for 25 minutes until thoroughly heated.
