1 ½ Cup Corn Meal
1 T Flour
3 t Salt
½ t Soda
1 Cup of Buttermilk
2/3 Cup of Oil
2 Eggs
1 Small can of Cream Corn
3-6 Jalapeño peppers chopped
½ Green pepper, chopped
4 Green Onion, chopped
1 ½ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Meal, flour, salt, soda, buttermilk. Add oil, eggs and corn. Beat well
2. Stir in peppers and green onion.
3. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Pour ½ batter; ½ cheese, ½ batter; ½ cheese.
4. Bake 375º for 35 minutes.
