5 Lb Potatoes
1 Lb Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
2 Bunches of Green Onion, chopped
1 ½ T Parsley Flakes
5 Bouillon Cubes
1 Cup of Water
¼ Cup Oil
¼ Cup Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Potatoes with jackets. Cool COMPLETELY. Peel and slice crosswise. Add Chopped onions, parsley, and bacon.
2. Dissolve bouillon in cup of water. Pour Boiling bullion over potatoes.
3. Mix oil and vinegar together. Pour over potato. Salt and Pepper.
