2 T Butter
4 t Flour
1 Cup of Milk
Lasagna Noodles
1 Egg
1 Carton Ricotta
1 Small Frozen Spinach, thawed
Cup Parmesan cheese
1 Lb hamburger, cooked and crumbly (could use prosciutto)
1 Jar Marinara or Pasta Sauce
Cup Parmesan cheese
Cup Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown Butter and flour. Add Milk to make white sauce. Pour sauce in 9 x 13 pan.
2. Cook noodles in salt water. Add Olive Oil (it want stick together)
3. Mix next 5 ingredients.
4. Spoon onto each noodle the Meat-Cheese mixture. Roll and place on white sauce.
5. Top with Marinara Sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses.
6. Cover. Bake 450 for 20 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes to brown.
