2 Cups Self Rising Flour
3 T Shortening
Cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. Mix ingredients together. Roll thick on floured paper.
3. Use a biscuit cutter to cut. (Mama used a Jelly glass.)
4. Place on a greased baking sheet. (Be sure to grease both sides of the biscuit, use the sop method.)
5. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown
