Cup Sugar
Cup Butter
3-4 Very Ripe Bananas
2 Egg
1 t Vanilla
2 Cups Self-rising flour
1 t Baking SODA
Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat Sugar and Butter until creamy. Add mashed bananas; egg; vanilla,
2. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking SODA. Add to banana mixture. Beat until blended. Stir in chopped nuts.
3. Pour into loaf pan or a bundt pan, sprayed with PAM.
4. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Cool before cutting.
